2. Ordering products

You can order online 24 hours a day. We handle orders in the period 9:00 to 15:00. Orders placed outside these hours will be handled the next working day.

If you have requests for items not shown on the page, please contact us.

When you place an order, we will send an immediate acknowledgment to you by e-mail. Note that this acknowledgment will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.  It is not possible to see past orders by logging on to the web shop. When purchasing on our shop the purchase agreement is entered in English.

3. Alteration of an order

As our warehouse package the incoming orders continually, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible if you want to make changes to your order. If our warehouse have not shipped your order, it will be possible to make changes to it.

If the order has already been shipped, it is not possible to make changes to the order.

4. Prices and payment

The current price is the one listed as the total cost of the order before accepting. All prices on our web shop are in Euros and incl. VAT and all Danish duties, customs etc. All prices are current and updated regularly.

Unless otherwise indicated, the total price includes any shipping costs and must be paid in advance of delivery.

We accept the following methods of payment:

All payments are exempt from payment fees.

When you make an online payment by credit card, you are always protected against abuse. You have the option to refuse payment when receiving your statement.

You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in a shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. The data provided when placing an online order paid by credit card, are SSL-encrypted. Hence it is only PBS that can process it. Neither we nor anyone else can read the data.

The amount is debited from your account when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. It is not possible to charge a higher amount than that you have approved when placing the order.

5. Delivery

Expected delivery time is 3-5 business days after receiving your order. Goods ordered before noon 12:00 are usually shipped on the same day. Goods will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

If your order contains multiple items the total order is always delivered in one lot based on the product with the longest delivery time.

All deliveries are sent free of charge with GLS.

6. Returns Policy

You can return any item for a refund, within 14 days of receiving your original order. The right can be exercised without giving any specific reason by sending a message to us of this via ordinary mail or e-mail. We suggest that you fill in and send the following return form.

NOTE: You cannot exercise the right to return by refusing to accept your packet or by failing to pick it up at the carrier.

When sending a notice of withdrawal of your purchase, you shall return the item to us at the address above without undue delay and no later than 14 days after announcement of the withdrawal. We have the right to require evidence that the product is shipped within the deadline. For shipping the item must be packed safely. Please enclose a copy of your notice of withdrawal.

Returned items should be in good and undamaged condition. If returned goods show signs of damage or use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the item, you are liable for the depreciation of the product value. We estimate the possible value from a specific assessment of the returned item based on the following guidelines for depreciation in value:

  • No signs of use and the product is in original packaging: 0%
  • Lack hangtag: -50%
  • Visible signs of use: - 90%
  • Stains or otherwise damaged: -100%

Refund will be issued as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of our receipt of your notice of withdrawal. However, we reserve the right to withhold payment until we have received the product / goods back for inspection, or until you have produced evidence that the product is returned, whichever the earliest.

If you withdraw from the purchase in accordance with these conditions, we will refund the purchase price along with the original shipping costs (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery), less any impairment. Unless you have given us instructions to the contrary, we will make the refund using the same payment method that you used to make the original transaction.

7. Complaints and appeals

Items have a 24-month warranty. Meaning that you either get the faulty item repaired or replaced or receive a refund or reduction in price - depending on the specific situation.

We shall be noticed within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item. Notification within two months of the discovery of the defect is always timely. We will refund reasonable freight costs that you may have in connection with returning the product when the claim is justified.

When you return the product please describe the problem as careful as you can.

We advise you to use our return form. It is not a requirement – however, it eases our work and minimizes turnaround time for your complaint.

Note: We do not receive packages sent COD or the like.

Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging. We advise you to get a receipt for shipment, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

8. Colors

Although we have made great efforts to set colors and qualities as accurately as possible, computers colors and screen resolutions vary. Minor color deviations are therefore not considered to be a defect according to “the Danish Sale of Goods Act”.

10. Governing Law

These e-commerce conditions and any purchase agreement for the acquisition of goods from us is subject to Danish law - except CISG.

11. Reservations

All prices are subject to revision, tax changes and exchange rate changes. This is subject to goods remaining unsold, typos and force majeure, including failure to deliver by our suppliers. Prices are only valid in Denmark.
